]b]1.Ne fillim duhet ta shkarkoni ket program Kliko ket Linkun per ta shkarkuar programin HL TagConverter

2.Hape programin dhe shtyp Butonin Open Image.
3.Gjeni qfar Foto deshironi ju siguroheni qe te jet jpg.
4.Pastaj shtyp butonin Adjust Image dhe beni zmadhimin e fotos sipas deshirës.
5.Pastaj shtyp butonin Auto Size dhe Apply changes and convert to 256 colors.
6.Dhe kliko butonin Save Tag dhe Export to WAD file dhe kliko Ok.
7.Vendoseni ne Desktop me emrin > tempdecal.wad
8.Shkojm My Computer, Local Disk C, Program Files, Counter Strike, CStrike .
9.Gjeje tempdecal.wad e vjeter dhe fshije Delete dhe vendose tempdecal.wad e ri.
